## Photo use terms.

#### Rights & Use For Real Estate Photos & Videos

As a client of Tri-County Media you are buying a SINGLE USE LICENSE for the duration of the listing of the address where the media was captured.
The ownership of the content remains with Tri-County Media and as such you cannot give or resell the content to any other agent or individual for use anywhere in print media or on the internet (mailers, postcards, magazines, social media, blogs, etc.). This is theft.

#### Cancellation, Rescheduling and Property Readiness

A flat rate of $75 applies for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Severe weather is the only exception. The photographer reserves the right to decline any shoot if the property is deemed inaccessible, unsafe, under construction, or unprepared for shooting. The client may be billed for lost time in such cases.

#### Drone Disclaimer

Ability to fly drone is subject to weather as well as proximity to airports among other factors. We will only fly drone if it is safe to do so. Our priority is the safety of personnel and property.

#### Package Inclusions
